Purpose

EO 911 provides a rapid-response network for EO members facing urgent personal or business crises. Instead of scrambling alone, members can reach a confidential group of seasoned EOers and subject-matter experts who are ready to help.

What constitutes a crisis

EO 911 is here for moments when an EO member faces a critical, urgent, and time-sensitive challenge that must be solved urgently. These are situations that:

  • Threaten the survival or stability of your business, self or family

  • Require expertise you may not have in your forum

  • Demand immediate professional insight to prevent further damage

Examples: Sudden cash flow collapse, emergency loan needs, urgent HR or union disputes, pending bankruptcy filings, major legal actions, or public relations/media firestorms.
