Your forum is your team. But are you playing to win or just showing up and hoping?
Welcome to Forum Bowl, a day where we'll be taking a hard look at how coaching shows up (or doesn’t) in forum. From live and prepared deep dive coaching, self-coaching, and even coaching family, friends and colleagues outside forum, this event is designed to dramatically grow how we show up for one another.
Some forums have strong deep dives thanks to a few expert coaches. Others are top-notch on reflection, roundtables, or clearing. But almost every forum has room to grow when it comes to coaching; when you strengthen this muscle, the whole group levels up.
This daylong event blends a killer keynote, hands-on workshops, social time, and space for your forum to meet to send you home with new energy and real skills.
What Your Forum Will Learn:
How to self-coach so you don’t get stuck in the same loops
Tools for giving stronger, cleaner coaching in Forum
What it looks like to coach outside the Forum setting (and why it matters)
Bring your Forum mates. Bring your curiosity.

Thursday, April 23, 2026, 12:00p - 2:00p
Perkins & Co.
1211 SW 5th Ave - Suite 1000
Thinking about selling your business someday, even if it’s years away?
The best exits don’t start when the offer arrives. They start long before.
Join us for a candid Lunch & Learn with two experienced transaction advisors from Perkins & Co. who have helped countless founders navigate the complex process of selling a company. This session will break down what really drives value in a deal and what quietly kills it.
You’ll learn how buyers actually evaluate businesses, what happens during diligence, and how small decisions made today can dramatically change your eventual outcome.
If you plan to sell in the next few years—or simply want to build a more valuable business—this conversation will give you a clear roadmap for preparing your company the right way.
Key Takeaways
• What buyers really care about
• The biggest value destroyers founders overlook
• How deal structure and taxes impact what you actually keep after the sale.
• A practical 12–18 month readiness checklist to prepare your business before going to market.
Whether you're actively planning an exit or just want to run a stronger company today, this session will help you understand how sophisticated buyers think—and how to prepare accordingly.
