A lodgey Welcome Center and extraordinary customer experience.
 
>What is a favorite EO moment over the years?
So many. Helping organize the first EO Talks? Taking the Chapter on an Air Force mid-air refueling mission? My first University where EO rented out the Smithsonian? Getting into the CIA with my Forum? Lucha Libre Wrestling in Mexico City with Forum? MyEO Galapagos Islands with family? Richard Branson's Island MyEO with my wife, Jen? Too many to name!

>What's a mistake you've made that became a major learning moment? 
I borrowed a lot of money on 2 and 3 year loans at the wrong time and it almost killed me and the business. I get longer loan maturities now!

>Is there anything else you’d like to share?
EO has made my life so much better. It is one of the best things I have ever done.
